WE ARE NOW TAKING CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR BOOKINGS

This is our smallest property - a delightful gîte that sleeps 2 people, available to rent between April and October.

The property comprises of a ground floor open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a staircase to the 1st floor double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. Terrestrial TV is provided by the television in the lounge. The kitchen

is well equipped and houses a cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and iron. There is dining seating for 4 people.

Guests have full use of the communal areas which include:

- the10 x 5 metre (32 x 16 foot) outdoor pool which is open from May to October and which is cleaned daily.

- the separate entertainment/games room.

-spacious gardens to relax in with various seating area.

We only ask that if you wish to use the communal facilities that consideration is shown to other guests.

This gîte is situated next to our other properties so if you wish to holiday with a larger group, more than one property can be rented at once.

The prices for renting La Petite Maison are as follows. All prices include linen, bathroom and kitchen towels and pool towels and full use of the communal facilities. The property also has broadband access. Children are welcome and the property is suitable for the elderly.

Year round price:	£550 per week
Christmas week :	£800 per week

Please note that during the main holiday season, rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. For late bookings and out of season we are flexible on the arrival and departure dates.
